Parks and Horticulture Authority’s Vice-chairman Malik Abid Hussain is ready to make Rawalpindi, the twin city of Islamabad, Pakistan’s capital, a model city. Installation of colorful eco-friendly electric bulbs and decorative hundreds of flowers with some other additions is on the way. According to the state’s officials, placement is for Murree road and highways.
