The JW Marriott Islamabad will be a luxury hotel in Gulberg, Islamabad. IBECHS has signed an agreement with Marriott International and construction is expected to begin in 2023. The hotel will have 250 rooms, offering discerning guests a new destination to rediscover a balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Dubai played host to a signing ceremony between IBECHS and Marriott International at the end of October. Phil Andreopoulos, Chief Operating Officer, Owner and Franchise Services, Europe, Middle East & Africa; Chadi Hauch, Regional Vice President – Development, Middle East; Ziad Abi Raad, Director Lodging Development, Middle East; Leire Leoz, Vice President, Owner and Franchise Services, Europe, Middle East & Africa; and Salim Ait Kaci, Senior Director of Finance & Owner Support, Franchise Europe, Middle East & Africa all attended.
Expected Opening Date of Marriott in Gulberg
JW Marriott Islamabad is expected to open in 2029 and will feature 250 guestrooms and suites, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a lavish spa. The hotel will also be a prime destination for business travelers with 4,000 square meters of event space including ballrooms, meeting rooms and boardrooms.
